Glycine is the primary amino acid in collagen, the most abundant protein in the human body. It is an integral part of connective tissue, such as bone, skin, ligaments, tendons and cartilage.
Directions
Take one scoop daily, ideally 30 minutes prior to sleep. If you are more Hulk than human, you may benefit from taking 2 scoops daily.

Manufactured in a facility that processes celery/celeriac, crustaceans, fish, milk, mustard, peanuts, soya, gluten, egg, lupin, molluscs, nuts, sesame and sulphur dioxide.
