We didn’t want to release just another basic cream of rice — so we didn’t.
Ours is smooth, easy to digest, and perfect around training, but we’ve added chromium picolinate. It’s a small upgrade that makes it more than just a carb source.
It’s also been made to work perfectly with our protein powders. The flavours match up nicely with VelosiWhey if you’re going the whey route, or NiHPRO if you want to keep it fully plant-based. No weird clashes (unless you want that of course!? Chocolate Sponge Cake with Butter Pancake? Maybe!) - just mix, stir, and you’re good to go.
Ideal for pre-workout fuel, post-training recovery, or a quick, easy carb meal whenever you need it.
Directions
Add one scoop (2︎5︎g) into a microwaveable bowl. Slowly add and stir in boiling water until desired
consistency has been achieved. Allow to cool before consuming.

How many serves are in a tub of SystolMAX?
SystolMAX includes 45 scoops, 1 scoop is considered 1 serve.
Each individual's needs should be determined with blood pressure measurement, and ongoing testing to evaluate their response to SystolMAX.
Most users have success between half a serve and one serve daily, some persons dosing up to two serves.
