Ingredients:L Citrulline, Beta Alanine, Taurine, Ca eine, Juniper Berry, Kigelia Africana, Juglans Regia Whole Fruit (Walnut), Maltodextrin, Cherry Flavouring, Citric Acid, Sucralose, Sipernat, Aerosil, Carmoisine Colouring.Available in 4 flavours: Apple Sourz, Candy, Sour Cherry and Tangy Orange

Mix 1 scoop (8g) or 2 scoops (16g) with 250-300ml water and consume before training
(Start with just 1 scoop to assess tolerance. You can gradually increase to 1.5, then 2 scoops if you can!)

*We advise not taking this after 5pm or sleep will likely be disrupted.
If you train in the evening, we advise using Pumpage instead.
