ZMAX
ZMAX is the Strom personalised take on the age old ZMA combination. Using the standard combination of Zinc, Magnesium, and B6 - but with a dual combination of more body and brain bioavailable Magnesium bisglycinate + Magnesium L-threonate. Also upgrading the Zinc to OptiZinc® (zinc mono-l-methionine) for better absorption.
Directions
As with any ZMA product it's recommended to take before bed, you can take 1-2 capsules - depending on your preference.

Magnesium L-Threonate, Magnesium-Bisglycinate, OptiZinc (Zinc mono-l-methionine), Pyridoxine.
Suitable for Vegetarians. Suitable for Vegans.

Manufactured in a facility that processes celery/celeriac, crustaceans, fish, milk, mustard, peanuts, soya, gluten, egg, lupin, mollusks, nuts, sesame and Sulphur dioxide.
