Welcome to HER Health & Fitness! I’m Haylee – founder of HER Health & Fitness, certified Women’s Health PT & Nutrition Coach, dancer, bodybuilder, and your biggest cheerleader.

With over 6 years of training experience, a deep love for movement, and a heart for helping women rise, I created HER to be more than just a coaching service. This is a space where women are seen, supported, and truly empowered; physically, mentally, and emotionally.

I hold my Cert III & IV in Fitness, a Certificate in Nutrition, and a Master Female Trainer Certificate through the National Women’s Fitness Academy, giving me the tools and knowledge to coach women through every season of life. From hormone changes to body composition goals and everything in between.

But what truly sets HER apart?
